Personnel Administration (PA) - Managing employee master data in SAP HCM. - Creating and maintaining employee records: Personal information, work experience, qualifications, etc. - Understanding employee lifecycle: Hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations. - Managing organizational assignments and reporting relationships. - Integration of PA with other modules like Time Management and Payroll
